Phillip R. Jaime, Jr., 89, of Cozad, Nebraska, formerly of Houston, Texas, died on Friday, September 28th, 2012, at the Golden LivingCenter in Cozad.

Phillip was born on August 21st, 1931. Phillip was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his guardian and friend, Phyllis Stevenson of Cozad and his many friends at the Golden LivingCenter.

A memorial graveside service was held on Tuesday, October 2nd, 2012, at 10 a.m. at the Cozad Cemetery.

Berryman Funeral Home in Cozad was in charge of arrangements.
