Linda (Kloepping) Beyersdorf, 69, formerly of Cozad, Nebraska died on August 17th, 2013, at her home in Kiowa, Colorado.
Linda was born November 17th, 1943, to Wilbur “Doc” and Doris (Schroeder) Kloepping at Willow Island, Nebraska.
Linda attended a one-room schoolhouse with her brothers and sisters during the years the family farmed in Willow Island and graduated from Cozad High School in 1962.
Linda moved to Colorado following her graduation where she worked various jobs and eventually married Larry Beyersdorf in 1965.
The couple made their home in Westminster, Colorado and was blessed with two daughters, Brenda and Kristine. The couple owned and operated L&L Auto Brokers and L&L Janitorial Services for many years. Linda also worked for Castle Pines Golf Club in Castle Pines, Colorado for over 21 years.
Linda had a passion for reading books and enjoyed writing in her journal, which she had kept since she was a teenager. She loved telling stories, laughing and spending time with family, especially her grandchildren. Linda also shared a special bond with her dog, Bo.
Linda is preceded in death by her husband Larry; her parents and brothers Burrell, Robert and Fred.
Survivors include her two daughters, Brenda (Steve) Eastin of Kiowa; Kristine Beyersdorf (special friend, Steve) of Castle Rock, Colorado; grandchildren, Amanda (Calvin) Pflepsen, Danny Eastin, Logan Doublin and Mariah Beyersdorf; sisters, Jann (Dwight) Devine of Cozad and Gwen Kloepping of Englewood, Colorado; along with many other relatives and friends.
Memorial services were held on Friday, August 23rd, 2013, at Olinger Crown Hill Pavilion of Reflection in Wheatridge, Colorado, with Pastor Brian Janes officiating.
